March 9, 2026 – Begin Coaching & Motivating Employees in iCEV. Hand out the Coaching & Motivating Employees Vocabulary Handout to be used as reference material during the presentation. Show the Introduction to Coaching & Motivating and Factors Affecting Employee Motivation segment (slides 1-11) of Coaching & Motivating Employees. Discuss the causes of motivation deficiencies at a job and how they relate to the way students sometimes feel at school. Complete the Student Notes – Introduction to Coaching & Motivating and Assessment I – Introduction to Coaching and Motivating.
March 10, 2026 – Review the Factors Affecting Employee Motivation segments of the presentation (Slides 12-18) and the Performance Goals Student Handout.
